If my plans change, what is my cancellation policy?
Cancellation is required 24 hours in advance.  And/or as follows:

Guaranteed with Credit Card - Room will be held for arrival past 6:00 PM local hotel time.

Non-Guaranteed - Room will be held until 6:00 PM local hotel time on day of arrival.

Canceling your reservation before 6:00 PM (local hotel time) will result in no charge.

Cancelling your reservation after 6:00 PM (local hotel time) or failing to arrive will result in a charge of 1 night per room to your credit card. Taxes may apply.

Failing to call or arrive before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.

Prepaid Reservations require full prepayment for the entire stay at time of booking. Fully non-refundable. Prepayment is charged to credit card between time of booking and day of arrival and is non refundable. No refunds if cancelled or changed.

How far is the hotel from the beach and area attractions?
Less than 5 miles to white sandy beaches!

Does the hotel have a gym?
Yes. The newly renovated fitness center is open 24 hours and has the following equipment: PreCor and Nordic Trac Cardio Equipment as well as free weights.

How many rooms and floors does the hotel have?
Our 146 standard and pool view rooms are located on the north side of the hotel which is five stories high.

Our 38 suites are located on the south side of the hotel which is three stories high.

We have a total of 184 rooms.

Is there any shopping on property or nearby?
We are within walking distance of the Town Center Mall and over 30 restaurants.  On premise is Mario's of Boca Italian restaurant.

Do you allow pets?
Hotel recoomends the following arrangements for DOGS ONLY -

Camp Canine - (561) 392-9099 offers boarding  and grooming (advance reservations required)   www.campcanineflorida.com

If a guest needs to board the pet at the hotel, an acknowledgement form must be signed prior to arrival. Please call hotel directly and request this form
